Brewery began its history with Kasutori Shochu,Shochu made from sake lees, and Mirin (seasoning liquor).
Now the seventh in descent, Miyazaki Honten has grown to a generally admitted brand, not only limited to Sake brewing.
It is our mission to spread great Sake to the world from our local Yokkaichi.
Its name comes from 'miya (shrine)' after Ise Shrine sacred in Mie and our shop name, and 'yuki (snow)' covering the Suzuka mountains.
Kikkomiya Shochu, also known as "Kinmiya", takes credit for the greatest quality in domestic group Ko Shochu.Pure and clear flavor gives delicate sweetness and mild texture.
