Since its establishment in 1846, Miyazakihonten has been producing products sure of "Quality First" in Kusu-cho, Yokkaichi-city. As a long-established store in Yokkaichi, we have preserved cultural climate, techniques of sake brewing and taste. At the same time, innovation to match the new era is also necessary.
In June 2018, new kura (building for brewery) was completed. There are more of small amount preparation than previous large amount preparation. Because of this change, it has become possible to challenge for the new taste, even still preserving our traditional flavor. Miyazakihonten will continue to pursue without being satisfied with current state yet maintain the high quality of all the products. We will provide products to match the new era.

Quality and Environmental Integrated Policy
Miyazaki Honke Co., Ltd. aims to be a company that contributes to society through the manufacturing and sale of alcoholic beverages and food products. We are committed to considering the environmental impact of our business activities, making improvements, and working towards the preservation of the global environment.
We recognize strongly that we are a company involved in food production, and we are dedicated to delivering safe and secure products that meet customer expectations with heartfelt care. We will investigate and evaluate the factors affecting the environment and work to reduce them. We will comply with legal regulations and other requirements that we agree to. We will set and review quality and environmental integration goals and strive to achieve them. We will set objectives for the following areas, review them as necessary, and work towards improvements:
a) Maintaining product quality
b) Reducing environmental impact substances
c) Energy conservation (especially electricity saving) and resource conservation (especially water saving)
d) Improving workplace environment through the 4S activities and enhancing employees' awareness of cleanliness.
